If your goal is to transform your body for Health, Martial Arts, Combat or Sports, you can
now apply to join the bespoke personal training program.

Coach Chris is now offering a limited number of practitioners bespoke training. This training is specifically designed to your specific body
and aimed towards your specific goals. For basic training, a 'one size fits all' approach is very capable of producing results, but when someone
has specific goals or training requirements they need personal direction. This process is for a minimum of 3 months and includes completely bespoke programme design, assessments, private video tutorials, your own section of the website with all of your material feedback, and even a nutritional plan if needed (coach is a qualified advanced sports nutrition advisor)

How does it work?

Training and advancement in any method or practice is highly individualised. To get the most out of training in any system, you need to have a very clear idea of what you are trying to achieve and why.  Our new bespoke personal training program is for those who have the time and resource to devote to a minimum of three months dedicated training in the MartialBody attribute system. Coach will design, implement, and deliver personal and completely bespoke training protocols to you, fully focused on your individual needs and goals.

As you probably already know there are many personal trainers, fitness experts and movement coaches providing online instruction with undeniable results. When undertaken on a bespoke and individual level, MartialBody training is no different and you can expect real change and improvement towards your goals under the watchful eye of Coach Chris.

To apply for this service, you will need to be able to commit to the training program for a minimum of 3 months both financially and in time, have access to a computer with good internet connection. You will also be required to film your progress on a weekly basis and fill out assessment forms for Coach to review.

Included: - You will get your own personal login and page on the MartialBody Website where your training logs and videos will be presented. You will also be able to see documents and the bespoke training materials Coach provides to you.
