Developing the attributes of the Martial Artist
MartialBody is a series of supplementary training methods for martial artists, competitors or combat sport athletes. The aim of this system of training is to create 'Attributes' that are useful and relevant to everyone, no matter what the style, tradition or background. Because MartialBody is not a Martial Art, and should be viewed as a supplementary physical training system, we have teachers, practitioners and adepts from a wide variety of styles training together at all of our events. The Martial Body methods are drawn from Bio-mechanics, Movement Training, Sports Therapy, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Traditional Martial arts and Strength & Conditioning.
