MartialBody is a series of supplementary training methods for martial artists, competitors or combat sport athletes. The aim of this system of training is to create  'Attributes' that improve your ability to perform your martial art. Attributes are useful and relevant to everyone, no matter what the style, tradition or  background.  The Martial Body methods are drawn from Bio-mechanics, Movement Training, Sports Therapy, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Traditional Martial arts from China & Japan and modern Strength & Conditioning.

All elite Martial Artists and Combat Sports Athletes share a group of key attributes when we interact with them. They are heavy, stable, connected, fast, circular and able to change in accordance with the conditions. We have created modules of training, or 'bodies' that focus on these attributes and allow you train them directly.
