Xing Yi Quan Seminar - Beng Quan

Back by request … another Xing Yi Seminar. Form, Jiben gong, Nei Gong and applications for Hebei Xing Yi’s Beng. The Crushing fist. Widely regarded as one of the more powerful striking Methods in Chinese Martial Arts, this session will teach attendees the foundations of this method … and give them a chance to feel first-hand how Beng Quan feels and works.

Previous Martial arts experience required. There WILL be contact in this seminar and you will receive controlled strikes at some point. If this is unappealing to you, I would recommend a different seminar in this instance.
