Xing Yi Quan Seminar - Pi Quan

After repeatedly being asked, I have decided to do a session on my version of Xing Yi Quan, an art which I trained fanatically for a number of years and still practice regularly to this day. Xing Yi is characterized by its extremely powerful body method and relentless, but intelligent, pressure. Although this version of Xing Yi may have drifted somewhat towards my own personal interpretation of the art I will be presenting both the jibengong, basic form, Nei Gong, two person testing and fighting methodologies for the first of the 5 fists – Pi Quan.
